When important events happen, such as a Gnome, dying, stockpiles becoming overfull, not having food, gnomes enter combat etc., there is currently a lack of a notification system.
The user shall be presented with a ticker of recent events, ongoing problematic states and quick link to world positions and/or gnomes at which the issues have arisen.
This requires both an UI concept for how to present these information, as well as logic around various components to collect relevant state.
The UI shall then also embed information currently presented as modal dialogues, such as the "new immigrants" one.
