header_filter_by_php_block 和 body_filter_by_php_block 有具体的使用方法介绍吗？他们的作用主要是用来做啥的，可以介绍详细点吗？另外，ngx_header_set 可以设置头信息，但是无法删除某个头信息，或者修改某个头信息，可以补充功能吗？因为我想使用这个来代替ngx-headers-module和ngx-echo-module，甚至代替ngx-set_misc-module
