Recording MP3 and AMR In iOS App

最近在做IM项目，涉及语音通讯，需要选择一款优良的通讯格式，

由于iOS原生不支持录制AMR格式和MP3格式，但是这两个格式是目前移动端比较喜爱的选择。

AMR录制与转换需要用到三方库

MP3格式录制与转换也需要用到三方库，而且需要自己编译并构建Lame静态库（支持模拟器与真机调试）

最终效果，集合了MP3和AMR转录，线上正常运行

PS：最开始倾向于AMR语音通讯，因为AMR体积很小,很省流量，但是PC端播放AMR同样需要转码，耗时用户体验不好，最后选择中庸但流行的MP3作为语音通讯的桥梁
