Old entities remain in HA after renaming devices in Onecta app #185

How to reproduce:

  1. Assuming integration has been setup successfully with at least one AC device available (in my case a Perfera)
  2. Go to the Onecta app.
  3. Pick any of the available devices.
  4. Go to its Settings.
  5. Chance the device name, e.g. change "Livingroom" to "Living Room"
  6. Go to HA.

Observation:
The Daikin integration now has entities for both "Livingroom" and "Living Room". The entities for the old name ("Livingroom", in this example) are all set to unavailable. The entities for the new name are available as expected.

Interestingly, when changing the new name back to the old name in Onecta, another set of entities appears in HA with the old name, so I'd see entities with "Livingroom" both available and unavailable.

Expectation:
The entities under the old name to be replaced by the new names, or at least see the old entities removed automatically as they're superseded.

Workaround:
Deleting the Daikin integration from HA and adding it from scratch cleans up everything.

Probably the name is added to the internal unique id, will try to resolve this as part of speleolontra/daikin_residential_altherma#205
