We want to be able to:

see list with history of uploaded assignments
download from vmchecker last uploaded assignment

Also useful:

if uploaded multiple version for an assignment, you should be able to modify the 'final' submission (ex, if somebody uploaded a new, wrong, archive, the student should be able to set the final submission to the previous one, without the intervention of a TA).
currently, the assessments are grouped by course, but the course is reset each year. The students should have access to all courses from any year
