The latest update of PyQt seems to have broken the install, returning a "syntax error: QtCoremod.sip:23:". A temporary workaround is to completely remove PyQt v5.15.6 and install v5.15.5 via pip. Not sure if this is an error specific to this package or a more general error with python-qt-bindings.
