You're free to build the apk although right now no. We'll have a beta on the Play Store very soon. I have it written up, we just need some final tweaks and UI prettification.

Maybe rename it to "publish on F-Droid"? After all, it's open source, and F-Droid is much more trustable when it comes to that and privacy. Though for F-Droid, the app would need a "foss flavor" that comes without Crashlytics.

For a starter: why not using tags, and attach the .apk files of your milestones/releases there?
