If you do not know which file to use, use ScrapPackedExplorer.exe
Still very limited User Interface … Buttons are greyed out because they are not implemented yet!
For modifying .packed files the ScrapPackedExplorerCli.exe needs to be used via command line.

Make Folder Navigation a bit better
