No meaningful message when rollbar token is invalid

When switching Rollbar tokens (recent security issue), we forgot to change the one used on GH CI.
The action stopped working without any meaningful error.

It would be very handy to output error message that the token is invalid.
The current failed action output is just:

Adding in here, in case this helps someone

Grey items aren't "not yet used" as I poorly assumed- they are "expired"

which you might not know unless you had scrollbars enabled and scrolled over to the right
