##README -- IBMStreams/toolkits The IBMStreams toolkits project is an open source umbrella project focused on the development of toolkits for IBM InfoSphere Streams. Toolkits are used to extend the function of InfoSphere Streams by providing new SPL operators and functions. This project will allow contributors to propose new toolkits as well as extensions or modificaitons to existing toolkits. Refer to the contribute.md file for details on how to get involved with this project. Refer to the process.md file for a description of the processes used by the toolkit projects within the IBMStreams organization. Refer to the projects wiki for more information.
