Projects:

  1. Crypto Trading Bot:

    A trading bot based on Bollinger band strategy to generate buy/sell signals. Currently the project uses Binance apiV3 to fetch live data.

  2. Recipe-App

    Web application for adding new recipe and search for recipes online. Flask and MongoDB for the RESTful API and Angular for the frontend.

  3. Frontend Editor

    Simple HTML, CSS, jQuery based web developement environment for designers and developers to design page with live preview and download their webpage.

  4. dev-portfolio-blog

    Jekyll based theme used to host blogs, profile and Resume. Simple and optimized minimal theme for users. For example the website you are currently using. This has currently over 12k downloads and used by over 60 people for hosting their portfolios.

  5. Clock App

    React Native based clock app. This is simple clock component where the user can change the font, color, timezone and the format.

Work Experience

  • Sofware Developer Engineer @Amazon - (Aug 2021 - Present)

    • Working in Amazon Pay’s core services team
      • Worked on migrating payment contract service that decreased the latency for contract related calls upto 30% and reduced the OE load on the team upto 20%.
      • Worked on a fast paced live issue that prevented Amazon Pay being disabled by over 51 clients in the IN marketplace.
    • Experienced in application security - Threat Analysis & Risk mitigation to get them certified for release.
    • Worked on Prime Video International Expansion
      • Worked on automating the process for price change in different countries which resulted in the process from 1 week to 2 days.
      • Worked on launching Prime Video in local currency in Sweden.

  • Software Developer Engineer Intern @Amazon(Prime Video) - (Feb 2021 - July 2021)

    • Worked on updating the string lookup logic for Prime Video which resulted in saving upto 40% in storage for translated strings while launching a new country.
    • Worked on an internal automation tool, which acts as an admin dashboard for launching new countries and helps in automating the launch flow based on AWS step functions.

    • Worked on a React / React Native based application for easy management of crypto wallets and profiles.

    • Worked on a Python application on option’s strategies.
    • Implemented parallel programming which resulted in a reduction of 40% execution time.
