Description

When using "choose your own time," it reverts to today's date automatically if you try to change the time to earlier than current time.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to choose a date and time and snooze my tab.

Actual Behavior

Instead, as soon as I go in to change the time, the date I chose reverts back to today's date.

How to Reproduce (if applicable)

Try to snooze a tab for a specific date, then click the down button used to change the time.
