Implementation of Mode 4 for Power Timer Switch with shutdown percentage.

Mode 1..3 works stably, but if there is no sun for a very long time, the battery may be discharged too deeply despite interval switching. Mode 4 additionally defines a configuration for earlier shutdown depending on the charge.
