Automatic redirect from homepage to "default locale/language" (in "LANGUAGE_AS_REGION"-mode)

When using: NG_USE_REGION_PER_LOCALE=true
And setting another, new flag like: NG_USE_REDIRECT_TO_DEFAULT_LOCALE=true
The root/main-page should redirect automatically to the language/locale set in NG_LOCALE_LANGUAGE.

• Can the redirect be rendered in HTML as a meta-redirect?
• Will it flash the main-page quickly when redirecting via JS (in the main-page controller?)
