Updating Project Settings in the UI sets the cdnURL field to null.

Describe The Bug

Workaround is a PUT with all of the json over the web API.

Might be nice to have the cdnUrl in the UI, and not having it may be part of the problem?

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to project settings, remove or add i686.
2. Update.
3. Do a get on the project settings, for example https://internal-peridot.prod.ciq.dev/api/v1/projects/c9e8de07-8cda-454c-b1df-f07a5d94ae68 in a browser.
   . . .

Expected Behavior

cdnURL is left alone.
