Plugin: Errata

Errata exists as part of Peridot (Distro-tools) already, but the coordination of builds, composes, and errata is not entirely complete.

Should we add additional functionality into apollov2 in order for it to function as a plugin for Peridotv2?

need to keep composes and errata information in sync. right now we run RhMatcherWorkflow only by hand, so we need to make sure we schedule the Matcher at the correct time to prevent issues where updates are released and the errata (and updateinfo) come days later
