Feature request: rockset local download <workspace> <query> <version>

We are using the Rockset CLI to manage our query lambdas in our Git repo. However, some folks prefer to use the Rockset console to prototype their queries.

To keep our local Git repo in sync, it would be nice to have a way to download a specific query lambda version to the local checkout, without necessarily downloading all lambdas or all lambdas with a given tag.
