Necessary for direct executables. Test use case is the pc.interactions, rocon_master_info. Need to support execution of something like:

rocon_master_info __name:=dude

Right now we don't have an exact example (except maybe rviz, but that has a problem since it can't easily use find). Let's leave it for later when we have something we need.
