Clear event missing for all clear item on multiple option #692

Requirement:
Need single item clear option and all item clear too.

Option enabled:
multiple=true
multiFullItemClearable=false

on:clear event invokes only on single item clear.
on full clear value doesn't update for on:clear event method call.
