Org ai on project buffer is not loading correctly

The image above shows the lack of the checkboxes so I am not sure what files I am selecting. Furthermore on the image below the Prompt Executes for a bit of time and then just stops. It sends a message that reads "Search failed for ‘‘‘ "

I think loading the project buffer was interrupted and it did not get the proper setup. I might have reproduced that when projectile isn't present, I'll take a look.
