ratification plan?

This doc is now referenced by the 3.7.0 DMTF SMBIOS spec. Unfortunately, it seems not ratified. Is there a plan for ratifying its contents, or should we just consume its contents in https://github.com/riscv-non-isa/riscv-brs?

Hmm... seems https://github.com/riscv-non-isa/riscv-brs is introduced to describe the requirements but not the implementation.
We probably can just ratify riscv-smbios.

Should this document specify anything that is already specified in the SMBIOS 3.7 specification? I would prefer removing these parts (e.g. everything relating to table type 4).

Field 'Boot Hart' should be obsoleted as we have ratified the RISC-V UEFI PROTOCOL Specification, see PR #13.
