CreateProcess failed; code 740 - Win 10 #569

Unable to execute file:
C:Users\greymouse\AppData\Local\Ricochet\ricochet.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 740.
The requested operation requires elevation.

When installed on Window 10 normally, I get the above message. Also happens when installed normal then started with Administrative Privaleges.

When installed using Admin Privs, nothing comes up at all. This occurs whether started normally, or started with Admin Privs.

This was done using v1.1.4-win-install.

Kind of important to me since I use Ricochet on a daily basis.
