psxprev loading garbage models from Vib Ribbon/VDF scan freeze #31

Ths happens also with some of the models from TLoD, surely it's because some of those models used other type of primitive, not listed in the "PSX Specs manuals" |
Enable the menu named Vib Ribbon and Wireframe under Model menus |
I used to have an option to render VIB Ribbon models specifically, I will see if I can find it in the code history. |
this is 2 years old but do you have the version of psxprev with the vib ribbon options yet |

Models from Vib Ribbon and The Legend of Dragoon seem to be working now. Many TMD models seem to have disorganized sub-models, and don't have positional information. Most of these sub-models look more accurate if hiding every other sub-model. Line Renderer / Wireframe settings also no longer need to be enabled, since the Vib Ribbon models are properly parsed as lines now. |
As of late I've been trying to rip Vib Ribbon's main character through psxprev, though it's models are not present at all and a couple of the models seem to be a complete incomprehensible mess. ranging from a overstretched plane to whatever this is
I would also like to mention that scanning for VDFs causes the scan to go on indefinitely after a couple of animations have been found
No matter how i scan it, either it being directly from the ISO or from it's extracted contents, these issues persist
