Possible support for the TIP format used in PS1 Namco Museum games?

So, I was wondering if you could add support to the TIP format used in Namco Museum Volumes 1-5 and Encore.

I'm not quite sure if it's essentially a modified TIM format or if it's something else. Sometimes, they're contained within one file, and sometimes they're separate files (usually .TIP files).
