MongoDB has added a version "v" field .
see https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-6671

This filed might cause a TypeError in trigger() function .

Minimalistic workaround : extend slave.py with : def trigger(ts, h, op, ns, o, o2=None, b=False,v=None)
