There doesn't seem to be a license file, or license information in any of the other files. So it's not clear what users are and are not allowed to do with this code.

It would appear that I can't. It's an old account I used to create this repo. I have 2FA and I've switched phones. Consider the work written by me for this project only and committed by me to https://github.com/richeymichael/remarkable-assistant to be work dedicated to the public domain.
