Server for .bz is whois.afilias-grs.info associated with old 'Afilias' name, might need updating

See #176 , #177 and #178 for some background here. The server for .bz is listed as whois.afilias-grs.info. Afilias was bought by Donuts in 2020 and the successor organization is called Identity Digital. They have already let one Afilias domain which hosted a whois server lapse - that's what #177 is about - so that seems like it might be a risk here too, and it might be wise to update the server here. But I don't know what, if anything, it can be changed to.

Unlike in other cases, the current address does not resolve to Identity Digital's catch-all server at 52.37.99.5 , it seems to really be a different server. whois.nic.bz exists, but seems to be backed by googleusercontent.com and doesn't host a whois server. The IANA listing for .bz does not list a whois server. So I'm not clear what if anything would be a better choice.
