I am Rey, a Research Specialist Lead at the University of Missouri-Columbia{:target="blank"}. I work in the Personality and Emotion Laboratory{:target=" blank"} with Professor Timothy Trull{:target="_blank"} and the Distributed and Intelligent Computing Laboratory{:target="_blank"} with Professor Yi Shang{:target="_blank"}. My research focuses on utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs){:target="_blank"} for analyzing digital phenotyping{:target="_blank"} and passive sensing{:target="_blank"} data to understand high-intensity drinking{:target="_blank"} problems.
I have over five years of industry experience, having served as a Software Engineer and held leadership roles across startups, banking, and manufacturing sectors. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Satya Wacana Christian University{:target="_blank"} and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia{:target="_blank"}.
