Prepare email to reviewers

Once #45 is done, the resulting second draft goes out to “friends and family” for review to get some objective comments around things that need to be clarified before public release.

For this, we need to:

• Prepare cover email that will be sent out
• Identify potential reviewers (now its own issue: Identify potential reviewers to invite #59)
