Examples:

"I'm a member of the steering committee, and I want to make a change to the website, who is responsible for reviewing issues and pull requests?"
"I have opinions on social media or how to run the Meetup, who do I talk to?"
"I would like to sponsor a ResBaz Arizona event, but I don't know who to talk to."

What would a solution look like

Each particular activity or aspect of the organization has at least one person responsible for it
This is clear and easy to find out (like on the website under people's bios)
