The Renderless Apocalypse Begins

Since i've read Adam's article on Renderless Components, my Vue mind was never the same.

This release ships a renderless version of the a11y-vue-dialog, with same accessible features of its markup sibling, but with 0 lines of html and css: that's 100% consumer responsibility now.

Compose and conquer, my friend

If this plugin reaches v1, the "markup(ed) and styled" version will be deprecated.
For those who want a plug'n'play solution, there are plenty of dialog plugins like that in the wild.
This is for developers who like to have complete control for their UI, both markup and style layers.

Note: expect gotchas and unpredicted scenarios of a 0.x version.
