I came across CyberNeko RelaxNG Validator and it sounds incredibly useful. Sadly I could not find the Jars (or the source code, for that matter) anywhere. Both on the Apache page and on Sourceforge it does not seem to be available anymore. And other than NekoPull and NekoHTML, I could not find it on Maven either.

Does anybody happen to know how I could get this? Or if not, if there is another way of getting Jing to work in Xerces via XNI?

Well, it looks like a lot of the files linked from https://people.apache.org/~andyc/neko/doc/changes.html are actually available via the wayback machine. However, that page was on another domain in those days: http://web.archive.org/web/20050308120002/http://www.apache.org/~andyc/neko/doc/changes.html
