[REUNION]: SteamIdHashSalt is not set or too short

Check this out please

Thanks for this issue @jamesjamesbond1999, the description should be added mandatory setting of the SteamIdHashSalt parameter.

Solution:

Set SteamIdHashSalt in reunion.cfg
