CPF/CNPJ already assigned leads to error message with only the EPP username and fails to communicate that the transaction wasn't completed #53

If a CPF/CNPJ is already assigned to another provider, which is verified by a "brorg info" transaction, the transaction should fail with a proper error message. Instead, it's failing with only the EPP username as error message, and it's not providing proper information to WHMCS so it knows that the domain creation has failed. At this time it's assuming that the transaction went thru and then generating "domain info" messages for that domain assuming it has been registered.
