ENHANCE: Typeset standards in LaTeX for greater portability and type variability of available output formats.

Proposal: Typeset one or more Reformed standards in the LaTeX document preparation system. This would allow for much simpler formatting methods into PDF, HTML, Markdown or whatever is convenient for one's purposes, in a much more automated fashion, without having to worry about creating a table of contents for anything.

I have already made a start with the 1677-89 2LBCF here – what do you think?
