[Feature Request] bean-download support GoCardLess

I can't acces ofxhome.com.

It seem ofxhome.com will be abondonned. According the documentation, bean-download only support ofxclient to fetch data, currently. And ofxclient need ofxhome.com to work.

bean-download should find a alternative source to automatically download data. Any project about fetch data from GoCardLess in progress?

bean-downoad is a generic tool for parallelizing and maintaining your download configs, and is not tied to ofx per se. In addition, even if/when ofxhome.com went away, ofxclient and direct downloads will work fine until the institutions support them. So I think we're good as far as bean-download goes.

Regardless, I'm happy to take in contributions for other importers and download mechanisms. Feel free to propose any. Thanks!
