Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The dynamic generation of the navbar does not deal with nested submenus and only allows for 1 level of it. If the user adds nested directories on the folder structure these will be ignored.

Describe the solution you'd like
Nested directories should be interpreted by the dynamic navbar generation as additional level submenus.
