  • QUADS version (rpm -qa | grep quads and/or quads-cli --version): Quads 2.0
  • Python version: python 3.11
  • Operating System: Fedora 38

Describe the bug
When creating a new cloud without assignment an error msg is displayed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new cloud without ticket number
  2. See error msg on cli output

Expected behavior
New clouds should not require ticket number and should not try to create an assignment.
