Fix the test "test_nodereplacement_proactive" to be compatible with the IBMCloud Managed platform #10860

Currently, when running the test "test_nodereplacement_proactive" with the IBMCloud Managed platform, we get the error:

E ocs_ci.ocs.exceptions.CommandFailed: Error during execution of command: oc --kubeconfig /home/jenkins/current-cluster-dir/openshift-cluster-dir/auth/kubeconfig -n openshift-machine-api get Machine -n openshift-machine-api -o yaml.
E Error is error: the server doesn't have a resource type "Machine"

We need to fix the test to be compatible with the IBMCloud Managed platform.
