The page https://reason-native.com/docs/getting-started says to run
esy x Hello.exe
However, at least on my machine, that generates an error. However
esy x Hello
produces the expected results.

Nice catch! It looks like the hello-reason repo changed the name from Hello.exe to Hello in this commit causing the issue you experienced.
