Feature Request: Add the PRs raised and requires changes

It would be so nice if it can scan through the PRs I raised, reviewed by others and have been requested changes.

Hey Kim, thanks for the feature request. To be honest I'm kind of in two minds about extending CanvaBoy in this way... Currently it's an incoming review reminder and I dare to say it does it's job fairly well (I've been using it with success for the last 6 months or so) and I'm hesitant to make it more complex.

I also feel it's much easier to track the state of my outgoing PRs because I'm the author so I'm aware of them (as opposed to incoming PRs which are more random). And I can just check https://github.com/<org>/<repo>/pulls/realyze and see what's new.
