The following terms and conditions govern the use of the animations contained in this animation library ("Animations"). By using the Animations, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. The Animations are provided for your personal and commercial use, without charge, subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms and conditions.

  2. The Animations are licensed for use with Ready Player Me Avatars. Any use of the Animations with avatars or characters other than those from Ready Player Me is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by the copyright owner.

  3. You may not redistribute, sell, or otherwise transfer the Animations, in whole or in part, to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of the owner of the copyright in the Animations.

  4. You may modify the Animations as necessary to fit your particular project, but you may not redistribute, sell, or otherwise transfer the modified Animations, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of the owner of the copyright in the Animations.

  5. The owner of the Animations retains all intellectual property rights to the Animations, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents. This means that you may not claim ownership of the Animations or use them in a way that infringes on the owner's intellectual property rights.

  6. The Animations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  7. The owner of the copyright in the Animations shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Animations, even if the owner of the copyright has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  8. This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owner of the copyright in the Animations resides, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  9. This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and the owner of the copyright in the Animations with respect to the use of the Animations and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the owner of the copyright.

  10. The owner of the copyright in the Animations may, at their discretion, update or change the terms of this license agreement.
