Je pense que ce serait intéressant de minifier les assets (styles et scripts).

Pourquoi pas si c'est automatisé à l'aide d'un script (à lancer à l'installation en prod).
Il faudra d'ailleurs peut-être l'ajouter au Dockerfile si l'idée est retenue.

Très bonne idée, je pense que c'est à faire lorsqu'on aura de l'intégration continue, que le package généré (le .whl) contienne des assets minifiés
