Set to version to 0.75.0-rc.5
Click Show me how to upgrade
throws an invalid request error

Facing the same issue while upgrading from 0.64.3 to 0.75.3

It only shows changes above 0.65

I'm currently experiencing this issue as well.

It appears setting current version to anything before 0.65.0 results in a 404
