Important Notes:

  • this does not include unique events such as hackathons
  • numbers are averaged and can be made more specific for meetups with higher confirmed audiences
  • this is different than an official “sponsorship” although some of the materials are the same.

20 ether.cards with RHOC’s loaded (estimate)

Overview of Budget

  • Printing of Whitepapers & Handouts: up to 75.00 reimbursement(receipts required)
  • 20 ether.cards: 1000 RHOCs(50 per)(subject to change)
  • Organizing and presenting: 250 RHOCs
  • misc: up to 75.00 reimbursement(requires pre-approval from drivers)(receipts required)

Total: 150.00 reimbursement 1250 RHOCs

There is a discord server that has been setup to help in the facilitation of these meetups where presenters and facilitators can gather information, download demos/presentations, view and use previous presentations, discuss with other facilitators what made their meetup successful, view topics of interest, FAQ, and much more.
