Metrics for RAM-Made YouTube Videos

There was motion in the 20180525 "guiding guides" meeting for measurements of bounty efforts in the various channels in which we are present. This issue aims to record our presence on YouTube.

Bounty System YouTubers, I will be in contact with you soon to compile data like view counts, engagement on videos, estimated hours spent on certain videos, etc. and publish it.

Estimated Budget of Task: $200
Estimated Timeline Required to Complete the Task: Postponed: June 25th
How will you measure completion? Google Doc is published with metrics on all YouTube videos uploaded so far that reflect Bounty System efforts. A system is in place to regularly record YouTube metrics for the future.

I'm not sure if you mean come up with a marketing plan for all of RChain on your own - the Board already did that, and handed it to the bounty system to carry out. If you'd like to pitch in on that effort, check out #692 and talk to @pmoorman.
