A lot of closing and reopening going on here. Someone care to explain the debate? The recent discussion in the #developer channel of discord indicates that these materials might be out of date and not the best target for translation. This has lead to efforts to translate this document into other languages being shut down.

Also, it looks like this issue was opened 3 days ago (after the recent changes to the issue template) but does not include the new issue template. Could you please fill out the new template? Thanks.

@ICA3DaR5 I don't believe this comment is in the spirit of the bounty program. Anyone can decide what work is valuable, and make their preferences known in the bounty voting system. There is no real top-down control here. The work I have been doing recently isn't to put myself in a position of power to authoritatively say what is or is not up for translation, but to close the gap between people who are worried about the effectiveness of translation work and those who are doing translations.
