@sportshark You're the translator so it's your call, but I think you can name the file the same as the rchain_cn group with CONTRIBUTING_CN.md.

However, if you guys want to make Simplified and Traditional or other translations, then we should use the i18n naming convention of zh_cn, zh_tw, etc.

With the construction of the community and the promotion of the rchain.site website, there are two QQ groups in the Chinese community, one more than 700 and the other more than 200.
I am pleased to be able to drive so many Chinese people to participate in the RChain community. Because there are so many people who have been translating, I think I can concentrate on the promotion of the community in the later period.
At the same time, I suggest that [email protected] should have more than one Chinese administrator to make it fair.I recommend @hcl3 as one of the admin for [email protected]

@sportshark I have create a new PR to the "Mobile process calculi for programming the new blockchain" repository to support international support. The demo website is http://mytestdocforrchain.readthedocs.io/zh_CN/latest/. I think it's a better way to host multi-language document in ONE website, rather than seperating them into different post.

The main problem is the language barrier. Chinese and English. For example I don't know anything about China and it's social media channels. Only recently I found out about QQI, thanks to @sportshark adn @Mervyn853 . It was a wonderful experience to be able to translate Chinese into English.

So it's up to folks like you @llg9012 to get China interested in RChain. There is already a nice start and it can become even bigger then the rest of the world. The organization for China is a blank sheet. The organization for the rest of the world is only a little bit further. So let's cooperate in a swarm wise manner to things working. Everyday we're doing better :-) and we learn a lot :-)

Most of social channels are not accessible in China because of the firewall, so it has its own popular social medial channels. I suggest we can start to actively develop the news channels in the Chinese crypto-community like the channels mentioned in issue #115 but in Chinese version :-).

Following is a list of the most popular Chinese channels:

1, Weibo( like twitter in other countries)
2, Official Accounts in WeChat (like Telegram)
3, Baidu Post bar (Chinese reddit)
4, QQ, Renren (Chinese facebook).
5, Baidu Wikipedia

If feasible, I think we can setup a team and work together to build those Chinese news outlets and develop members to let more Chinese know more about RChain. I'm sure this can be very very helpful.
