I'm using Workrave 1.10.50 on Ubuntu 22.04.2 with Gnome 42.5. I was having some known issues with the system time due to dual boot with Windows and I set back the time manually...

If I set back the time from the settings all the timers are pushed away.

Moving the system time forward again doesn't bring back the timers that instead show the full green bar as if after a break.

This affects also statistics:

I don't know how marginal is this case compared to the time needed to find a solution, but I did this also in the past and only now I notice all my statistics are messed up.

Apparently, it happens also when the system updates the time on its own (due to the same reason) after being suspended. The within-session behaviour is correct (prompt for pauses, etc.) but the overall stats make no sense.

A quick fix, at least to keep it usable, is to reset timers after breaks.
A natural rest break ends with the prompt stuck on 0 seconds, but hitting "skip" correctly resets the counter to one hour, in my case.
Natural microbreaks do not fix their counter.
