Workrave is very hard to find

Today I searched for workrave on Google. On the first page with search results (at least for me) was no link found to either https://workrave.org or this repository on GitHub. So I assumed that the project was dead.

Similar to what @johnypowa mentioned in rcaelers/workrave#96 (comment) all I saw was links to dodgy download sites or the old sourceforge page. On the sourceforge page was no clear mention that the project had moved.

Please make it easier to find your project. Please alter the sourceforge description and mention the website and the GitHub repo.

The old Sourceforge website mentions that Workrave has moved. Though I agree it is rather small:

I changed the description of SF.net indicating that Workrave has moved. We still use the mailing lists from SF.net, otherwise I would have closed the Sourceforge project. Maybe GitHub discussions can replace these mailing lists.

Not sure why workrave.org doesn't show up on Google. Maybe I have to add some SEO tags to the website. I will investigate this and move this issue to repo of the website.
